We service what we sell — and what we didn't
The repair bay is not a side business. It is where the knowledge comes from. When someone calls and describes a machine that will not build pressure, we are not reading from a script — we have had that exact failure on the bench, probably that month, and we know that it is usually a nozzle and almost never a pump.
It also means we will tell you not to buy things. If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, we say so. If the machine you are looking at is wrong for your job mix, we would rather lose that sale than have you back in six months unhappy.

What has changed and what hasn't
The equipment has gotten better. Pumps last longer, burners are cleaner, and soft washing changed exterior cleaning entirely in about a decade. What has not changed is that the person selling you a machine should be able to explain why, and should still be there when it needs a part.
