Dairy & Agricultural Washdown Equipment
Agricultural washdown is non-discretionary spend. The parlor gets cleaned whether or not it has been a good year, because the inspection does not care.
This is our backyard. Lancaster County dairy and Central Pennsylvania food operations are close enough that we can be there, and that matters more than any spec sheet when a machine goes down mid-season.
What matters on this work
Temperature is the requirement
Organic and protein soils in a parlor need heat. This is not a preference.
Chemistry has to be appropriate
Sanitation-grade product, correct dilution, and documentation that survives an inspection.
Reliability over specification
A machine that is down during milking is a problem no amount of PSI solves. This is why local service beats a cheaper machine shipped from three states away.
Water source varies
Well systems often cannot deliver what a high-flow machine demands. Check the supply before you size the machine.
